It’s not about the event but its aftermath. The name reflects this shift from ‘UXCIDE’ to ‘UXCIDITY,’ moving from warning to seeking a new normal. The album questions life in a world where user and system blur, and digital alienation is a constant.
It replaces the last album’s violence with a creeping fear. UXCIDITY’s world is one of ambient malfunction, with hollow percussion and lonely melodies echoing like tainted memories.
X-ILENO creates a sense of deep loneliness, marked by familiar chimes and a restless world. It captures the mundane rituals of online life: accepting surveillance, performing for an invisible audience, and yearning for real connection in a crafted, inhuman space.

X-ILENO, the cyber spectre of UXCIDITY, presents his most incendiary work yet, >X< Flies. This album delves into the life—or unlife—within its corridors, exploring the tension between “Flies” as insects feeding on data rot and as a desire to escape the code.
The >X< symbol represents the void and a listener caught in it. The sound world of >X< Flies is a battle between the void and the infinite, featuring skittering insect-horn pulses and grainy synths, with moments of cold beauty and fractured melodies.
It’s an abstract examination of acceptance and resistance in a controlled digital world, offering no clear answers but a dense sonic document. The album questions whether we are the flies eating the rot or the few striving to fly.

This isn’t a joyful dance; it’s a ritualistic, cutting sound. X-ILENO shifts from atmospheric threats to a relentless focus on rhythm, creating a frenetic, mechanised buzz with experimental melodies.
Soaring pads are replaced by hypnotic polyrhythms and syncopated beats, like a dancing bot. Vocal samples are minimal, but a liturgical chant could fit this new, godless ritual. NXCIDANCE is industrial techno reimagined as a tribal ritual for the post-human age, exploring the idea of digital prisoners worshipping the glitch.
